The Liquid gold, otherwise known as Honey

There are quite a few misconceptions about honey, even amongst those that are familiar with the health and cosmetic applications of this glorious substance. I, myself only discovered these differences sometime last year and it has been a small, life changer for me & now I'd like to share these specific details with you.

Many of the other sites I've come across that promote honey as a healthy addition to ones life are also riddled with misconceptions about honey. They report that honey is a natural antimicrobial, and that it has been used to heal wounds and prevent infection, followed by the contradiction that honey should not be given to infants because of the potential for botulism infection. Any meticulously attentive person reading this would likely stop and think "how can something be antimicrobial yet be a risk for botulism infection?" The reason for this is the over processing common to most store bought foods and cosmetics that basically ruins any natural benefit a person could have gotten from the given substance, while simultaneously making the product unhealthy.

We have an extreme myth that everything needs to be overheated and over processed to remove some hidden evil lurking in nature--but what we are often doing is removing nature's natural defenses and any of the nutrients we could have gained.

ONLY 100% natural raw UNHEATED above the temp of 96 degrees has the health benefits that the other sites mention. Its sad that most people don't know that our stores are slowly killing us by robbing us of nutritional value even when we try to make health conscious choices. RAW honey can typically only be purchased from health stores or from bee keepers (of course I order my supply of 100% RAW, UNHEATED honey from ebay).

I have been giving my daughter 100% raw honey from a natural beekeeper since she was a young infant with amazing health benefits. She just turned 1 year old and has never been sick (she is also unvaccinated for similar health/spiritual reasons). I and my husband take it to instantly relieve allergies and allergic reactions to foods. I am allergic to peaches but not when I eat honey first! As with any natural remedy caution, informative choices & responsibility should be employed. When you search for a supplier you should inquire about their processing & handling techniques & what types of flora are in the area that their bees cover, or what types of pollens are known to be in the area, to ensure that you have obtained a safe and healthy source of raw unheated, honey.

So remember, whenever you see a healthy life style recommendation the rule of thumb should be, "the more refined, the less divine & naturalness is next to Godliness". Try to research and evaluate each individual product, substance, etc for its most beneficial state (see example) to avoid jumping on a missed opportunity to improve your lifestyle and health.
